Prices<\/h2>\n<\/div>

All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Reservations policy<\/h2>\n<\/div>

All reservations require a valid credit card, and payment is due upon booking.<\/p>\n

Your reservation is guaranteed until 5:00 PM (17:00) on your arrival date.<\/p>\n

After this time, unless notified otherwise, the reservation will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be allocated to another guest.<\/p>\n

Upon successful booking, you will receive an email confirmation.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Unless a \u201cnon-refundable rate\u201d has been booked, cancellations are free of charge until 12:00 PM, 10 days prior to the check-in date.<\/p>\n

After this time, one night's room rate will be charged to the credit card as a cancellation fee.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Complaint rights<\/h2>\n<\/div>

As Vorup\u00f8r Badehotel ApS sells bookings (services) and not physical goods, the standard right of complaint does not apply.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Check-in \/ Check-out<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM.<\/p>\n

Due to the hotel's private nature and size, we kindly ask new guests to arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM and departing guests to leave the hotel no later than 10:30 AM.<\/p>\n

If you wish to arrive or depart later than the times stated, please contact us in advance by email: info@voruporbadehotel.dk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.<\/p>\n

Departures after 10:30 AM will be subject to a \u201cLate Departure Fee\u201d unless it has been pre-approved in writing via email.<\/p>\n

After 3 p.m., an extra night's room rate will be charged.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Payment<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Payment must be made using a valid credit card at the time of booking, and 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Delivery<\/h2>\n<\/div>

When purchasing accommodation, the delivery is considered complete upon sending the booking confirmation by e-mail.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Guests<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Day guests are welcome; however, we kindly request to be informed of their visit due to the hotel's size and private nature.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Children<\/h2>\n<\/div>

We love children, but Vorup\u00f8r Badehotel is designed for adults.<\/p>\n

Please contact us before booking to enquire about child permissions for the desired period via email: info@voruporbadehotel.dk<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please note that the maximum number of guests per room on the ground floor is 2 people.<\/p>\n

If you are travelling with child\/children, we refer you to rooms on the 1st floor with the possibility of an extra bed or cot.<\/p>\n

Babies\/toddlers can sleep in the same bed as adults by prior arrangement for a small service charge.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Livestock policy<\/h2>\n<\/div>

We love animals, but for the comfort of our guests, the rooms are animal-free.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Alcohol<\/h2>\n<\/div>

It is permitted to consume alcohol and other beverages in the rooms. We recommend that these be purchased in the Bistro Bar at the hotel restaurant.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Mild drugs and narcotics<\/h2>\n<\/div>

Under no circumstances are any substances permitted to be consumed or stored on the hotel premises, Vesterhavsgade 123.<\/p>\n

Breach will result in immediate dismissal and demand for full payment.<\/p>\n<\/div>

<\/div><\/div>

Jurisdiction and Choice of Law<\/h2>\n<\/div>

All legal relationships arising from the framework agreement and from all concluded contract modules between the contracting party and Vorup\u00f8r Badehotel ApS shall be governed by Danish law.<\/p>\n<\/div>
