The menu consists of a 3-course meal:
Tempered haddock - dehydrated beetroot - smoked bacon - fish fumé with blue cornflower.
Beef tenderloin - potato terrine - caramelised onions and mushrooms
White chocolate with coffee cream - compote on berries and a crumble on roasted white chocolate.
