All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

All reservations require a valid credit card, and payment is due upon booking.

Your reservation is guaranteed until 5:00 PM (17:00) on your arrival date.

After this time, unless notified otherwise, the reservation will no longer be guaranteed, and the room may be allocated to another guest.

Upon successful booking, you will receive an email confirmation.

Unless a “non-refundable rate” has been booked, cancellations are free of charge until 12:00 PM, 10 days prior to the check-in date.

After this time, one night's room rate will be charged to the credit card as a cancellation fee.

As Vorupør Badehotel ApS sells bookings (services) and not physical goods, the standard right of complaint does not apply.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM.

Due to the hotel's private nature and size, we kindly ask new guests to arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM and departing guests to leave the hotel no later than 10:30 AM.

If you wish to arrive or depart later than the times stated, please contact us in advance by email: info@voruporbadehotel.dk.

We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Departures after 10:30 AM will be subject to a “Late Departure Fee” unless it has been pre-approved in writing via email.

After 3 p.m., an extra night's room rate will be charged.

Payment must be made using a valid credit card at the time of booking, and 100% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.

When purchasing accommodation, the delivery is considered complete upon sending the booking confirmation by e-mail.

We process your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you, and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. Day guests are welcome; however, we kindly request to be informed of their visit due to the hotel's size and private nature.

We love children, but Vorupør Badehotel is designed for adults.

Please contact us before booking to enquire about child permissions for the desired period via email: info@voruporbadehotel.dk.

Please note that the maximum number of guests per room on the ground floor is 2 people.

If you are travelling with child/children, we refer you to rooms on the 1st floor with the possibility of an extra bed or cot.

Babies/toddlers can sleep in the same bed as adults by prior arrangement for a small service charge.

We love animals, but for the comfort of our guests, the rooms are animal-free.

It is permitted to consume alcohol and other beverages in the rooms. We recommend that these be purchased in the Bistro Bar at the hotel restaurant.

Under no circumstances are any substances permitted to be consumed or stored on the hotel premises, Vesterhavsgade 123.

Breach will result in immediate dismissal and demand for full payment.

All legal relationships arising from the framework agreement and from all concluded contract modules between the contracting party and Vorupør Badehotel ApS shall be governed by Danish law.
